Tracking Your Packages​​ and Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within approximately 4-8 weeks of approval on all proofs, depending on the scope of the custom print process associated.  Some luxury print processes or laser cutting services may take longer. Refer to our Turn Around Times for more information. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday in the continental USA, not including holidays. Between April and October, processing times may be extended up to 10 business days, or longer. Any changes to our shipping timeline will be communicated via email on an order-by-order basis.

​Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your order is prepared for shipping. If you do not receive this within the estimated time for shipment, contact info@belovedinvitationscreations.com to inquire. Once you receive your tracking information, we recommend that you follow the tracking to make sure that you intercept your package. USPS offers services like email or text updates. Make sure to sign up for these services if you would like more detailed tracking information for your order.

Damages

Beloved Invitations & Creations is not liable for any products delivered late, damaged, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and take several photos before filing a claim.
