Returns and Cancellations

If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact Beloved Invitations & Creations right away. If your final approval has not been received and your project has not gone into production, you are responsible for your deposit and any materials that have been purchased. If your project has gone into the production process, you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. 

 

Refunds of deposits or Payments in Full
Deposits to begin design are non-refundable. Once an order is placed or a deposit is provided, refunds will not be given for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellations, event postponements, event size reduction, natural disasters such as flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, viral pandemic, famine, late arrival of items due to shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) fault, unavailable products & services, or otherwise. ​

Refunds of Printed Work
Due to the nature of customized printables and papers ordered from a third-party supplier, Beloved Invitations & Creations does not offer full refunds on any orders. Colors viewed on a computer screen or mobile device vary from printed ink colors or paper colors as you see them online.

 

Some accessories ship from third party suppliers and may require additional production time. To ensure that accurate estimations for order processing and shipping are met, products from third party suppliers may be ordered as soon as an order is received. These items cannot be returned to our third-party suppliers and therefore are not refundable. If you place an order for a certain quantity, we will not be able to change that quantity mid-process. You will be obligated to place another order, for at least the minimum quantity stated for that product.

​We may agree to cancel or refund portions of an order that have not yet been designed, printed, or shipped. If you have received a proof for a design, you are responsible for the cost of design time to design/create or personalize it for you. Any agreement to refund a portion of any order is at the sole discretion of Beloved Invitations & Creations on a per order basis.
