Embossing

Embossing is a printing technique that creates a raised surface on paper or cardstock. It is used to create a three-dimensional design, with text, logos, and other images all being formed by the embossing method1. Embossing can be achieved by using a metal plate or polymer inscribed with the chosen design. It can be combined with other effects, like foil stamping, to transform a great piece to a luxury invitation.

Letterpress

Letterpress printing is a technique of relief printing that involves creating an inked, raised surface and pressing it against individual sheets of paper or a continuous roll of paper to produce many copies by repeated direct impression.

Foil Stamping

Foil stamping is a traditional printing method where metallic foils are transferred to a surface such as cardstock with a steel die at high temperatures. Foil stamping creates a shiny and highly reflective effect. A steel die must be manufactured for each area to be foiled, so this is not an economical approach for prints with variable information such as guest names.

UV Print

UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. This unique printing method allows us to create gorgeously detailed wedding invitations with a raised print similar to thermography printing, in full color. With UV printing, you can achieve a full color design, white ink on white paper, and black ink on black paper.

Digital

Digital printing is a modern printing method that allows for a wide array of colors. Unlike letterpress printing or foil stamping, where ink or foil is actually pressed into the paper one color at a time. Digital printing is flat and can print multiple colors at the same time. We can print any invitation design digital, and you can combine digital printing with foil stamping for a truly personalized piece.
