Ordering & Timelines
1. Request a Quote
Browse our collection and select the stationery that best suits your vision. Once you've finalized your quantities and are ready to move forward, reach out to us for a quote. You’ll receive a detailed quote via email within 1 business day, along with payment instructions.

2. Customization
Send us your final wording (provided in our order form or as a Word document), ensuring all details are carefully checked for accuracy. Let us know if you’d like any color or design modifications.

Once full payment has been received, we’ll begin customizing your stationery. A digital proof will be emailed to you within 5 to 7 business days. If you need your proof sooner, you can request our rush proof service (subject to availability) for a next-business-day turnaround.

3. Proof Approval & Delivery
Review your proof carefully and send all revision requests in a single email, listing any necessary changes. Each item includes two complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional revisions incur a $10 design fee per round.

Once your design is approved, we’ll proceed with printing, packaging, and shipping your stationery. Our standard production timelines are:

Save the Dates & Invitations—Ships within 4 to 6 weeks

Day-of Wedding Stationery—Ships within 4 weeks

If your order includes embellishments, an upgraded printing method, or deckled edging, please allow an additional 1 week for processing.

Ordering Wedding Day Stationery
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your wedding day stationery order at least 8 weeks before your wedding.

Please note: April to September is our busiest season. During this time, our schedule fills up quickly, and we can only accommodate a limited number of additional orders. To secure your spot, we encourage you to order early.
